We visited the Faroe Islands on our way from Iceland to Denmark. We used the option to leave the ferry for a couple of days and explore this North Atlantic archipelago. Raw, untouched, wild, dramatic cliffs, endless waterfalls, and grass-roofed wooden houses completed with mysterious clouds and weather are like going back in time and see how people lived here centuries ago, connected to rugged nature. We wished to stay here for a little longer and connect with this place more but left happy for at least this short experience.
