Central America brought us deep into the wild heart of Costa Rica, where adventure began the moment we rented a car and set off toward the remote Osa Peninsula. In Puerto Jiménez, the pavement faded and the jungle took over, guiding us toward Corcovado National Park, one of the most biodiverse places on Earth.

We embarked on a multi-day trek through the rainforest, fully immersed in the rhythms of the jungle. Camping inside the park, nights were filled with sound. Howler monkeys echoed through the trees, vibrant birds called at dawn, and unseen nocturnal creatures moved through the darkness around us. Sleep came beneath thick canopy and humid air, with nature never truly falling silent.

Each day brought a new challenge and discovery. We trekked along dense jungle trails, crossed rivers swollen by tropical rains, and stumbled upon hidden waterfalls deep within the forest. Lush greenery surrounded us at every turn, and wildlife revealed itself in fleeting, magical moments. The raw energy of the rainforest was constant, humbling, and unforgettable.

Costa Rica left us with a profound respect for the power of nature and a deep appreciation for a land where life thrives in every leaf, sound, and step.
